Chef Molina comes from a long line of Family Chefs, with over 20 yeras of experience in the culinary arts. He is a graduate from the Haute Cuisine in his native country, Cuba, where he was the recipient of the award for “Best Chef” in a culinary competition. This prestigious award earned him a position as Executive Chef in one of Mexico’s leading hotels.
